Troncones Activities
Horseback riding, fishing, caving, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and bodysurfing are among the most popular activities in Troncones. Ask our staff and they will help arrange the activities; give them notice at least a day in advance.
There is great swimming, not only in the pool, but also in Manzanillo Bay, which is about a 25 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute car ride. Manzanillo Bay is the place for surfing, boogie boarding and body surfing in the Troncones, Mexico area. There are a few rocks, but the surf is great and the point has a perpetual break. Closer to home, there are plenty of small tide pools along the beach; you don’t have to snorkel to see a vibrant and diverse biosphere of aquatic life.

Troncones experiences an amazing average of 300 days of blissful sunshine every year, so there really isn’t a bad time to visit. However, the high season in Troncones, Mexico is November through April with an average temperature of 85-95 degrees. The rainy season is from late June to early October, with an increased rate of humidity.
