Troncones, Mexico is a seaside village with miles of unspoiled, beautiful sandy beaches.\u00a0Casa Viva is about a 15-minute walk from the village of Troncones and just a 5-minute bike ride. In the morning, the pelicans pass by like pilots on a bombing run, looking for lunch. You know it’s afternoon when you see them flying back in formation.<\/p>

There is great swimming, not only in the pool, but also in Manzanillo Bay, which is about a 25 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute car ride. Manzanillo Bay is the place for surfing, boogie boarding and body surfing in the Troncones, Mexico area. There are a few rocks, but the surf is great and the point has a perpetual break. Closer to home, there are plenty of small tide pools along the beach; you don’t have to snorkel to see a vibrant and diverse biosphere of aquatic life.<\/p>
