Getting There:
The closest airport to Casa Viva is Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH) and it is about a 30-minute drive to Troncones Beach. For more information see our regional maps of Mexico, Ixtapa, and Zihuatanejo. Below are driving directions from the Ixtapa airport.
 

If you are driving, here are detail instructions:

Take the road to Lazaro Cardenaz (from Zihuatanejo – towards Ixtapa), you will by-pass Ixtapa three small pueblos, the last two named Salitera and Buenavista. After Buenavista, on Kilometer marker 31, you will see a small capilla (chapel) and then the sign that says Troncones. Take a left and drive all the way to the Pacific Ocean (T-in road) and make a right (towards Manzanillo Bay), drive about 1 mile. Casa Viva is on your left, right after Casa del Riscal.
