$4200 USD per week for low season (Jun to Oct) $6200* USD per week for high season (Nov to May) *$7500 USD for Christmas Week. Entire property is exclusive rental of Casita Redonda, Cuadrada, Caracol and Tapanco.

King Suites (Round and Square Casita) Rates:
$180.00 a night low season (Jun to Oct)
$275.00 a night high season (Nov to May)

Studio Double (Casita Caracol) Rates:
$125.00 a night low season (Jun to Oct)
$175.00 a night high season (Nov to May)

Sleeping PorchRates:
$100.00 a night low season (Jun to Oct)
$150.00 a night high season (Nov to May)

All rooms are double occupancy (limit to two adults and two children 17 or younger) per family per night and includes breakfast and all the beer you can drink.

Extra Beds for:

Children (6-17) $25/$20 a night (high/low season) Children 5 and younger – no additional charge

Tapanco is the sleeping porch over Common Area and fits up to 6 beds.

Casa Viva prefers to rent on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, but shorter stays are accommodated for non-holiday weeks. Holiday Weeks MUST be booked Saturday to Saturday. Holiday weeks include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter and week prior to Easter. All of Casa Viva must be rented for Christmas and New Year..

Check-out time is at 2 PM and check-in is at 4 PM. These time are flexible based on your flight schedule, Common Area is available for use if you need to check out from your Casita for next arriving guests.
