Additional fee per adult and per child in room

Holiday Season – $86 (adult) and $43 (child) — Must book all of Casa Viva High Season – $59 / $30 Low Season –$46 / $23 Children ages 6-17, Children ages 5 or less are free of charge. When renting All of Casa Viva additional per person fees apply for over 10 persons (adults or children) total.

Seasons

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

For payment in Mexican Pesos, click link to see conversion at current rate. All rates based on double occupancy. Taxes (16% IVA/VAT Fed and 3% Local Occupancy) and 10% Tip are added to all reservations. See details on fees, taxes and policies below.

Availability

Reservation system holds all live room inventory, so if you can book it, it is available. We recommend you book your reservation using our secure online reservation system. Click here for the Availability Calendar to view available rooms and book by date.

Deposit

Any reservation will require a 20% non-refundable security deposit. Balance will be charged to your card 30-days prior to arrival (60-days for holiday bookings).

Payment

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments accepted.

We can also accept checks from accounts in US or Canada. We can accept bank transfers from banks in Mexico to our Mexico account. Please inquire about bank transfer information.

Taxes

Taxes are NOT included in rate. These are the taxes charged on room. 16% IVA (Federal Value Added Tax) and 3% Local Occupancy Tax.

Check-in time is normally 3PM.

Check-out time is normally 12PM.

Times are flexible based on flight schedules and departure time of previous guests.

Transportation

For more information on transportation from ZIH airport to Troncones, click on Directions. We can NOT offer a taxi or pick up service as the local airport taxi’s pay the airport authority for the exclusive right which they protect vigorously.

Also try our sister property, Playa Viva, if room is not available at Casa Viva Troncones. Playa Viva is located 1.5 hour drive from Casa Viva and is located 35-minutes south of the ZIH Airport.

Cancellations

If you cancel, your deposit or any funds collected will be held for one year from date of original reservation to be used towards a future reservation. A fee of $100 USD will be charged to extend for an additional year. More on our policies here.
